EMG has available certain oil contract and 'Spots' available for Saudi Light Crude Oil (SLCO) D2, JP54 and JET1 A. EMG will deal with Brokers and certain intermediaries and protect commissions on their behalf, but as a matter of good business practice EMG will only send out 'Soft Offers' to the actual buyer. Once a Broker or intermediary has signed an NCND with EMG he will be requested and expected to 'Stand aside' and to introduce the actual buyer to the company in order for the Principals to conclude the transaction.
